Jason Cole joined Torgerson’s Equipment in 2012, getting back to his Montana roots. He was raised in Shelby Montana, leaving to attend the University of Minnesota where he studied pharmacology. He later attended the University of Montana graduating with his master’s in business administration in 2000. He accepted a job with Medco, an American Pharmacy Benefits Management company, and moved to Spokane Washington. He was a member of the American Pharmacy Association and the Washington State Pharmacy Association. His leadership role provided mentoring for pharmaceutical students as well as community service through coaching youth football, wrestling and basketball. In 2012 when Medco was acquired by Express Scripts, Jason made the decision to return to his roots in Montana and joined Torgerson’s Equipment.
Jason brought his leadership skills for team building to Torgerson’s Equipment, where he leads, coaches and mentors his management teams.
He is skilled in conflict resolution when bringing a team together with a focus on problem solving and effective communication. Jason focuses on customer service and maintains a strong competitive balance with his customer base.
Jason enjoys his family and enjoys the outdoors, and all the things Montana has to offer.
