A Family-Owned, Local Business
The Torgerson family has owned the business since 1912, when they first farmed land in Ethridge, Montana. They continue to farm that land today, and their unique perspective as both a farmer and a farm equipment dealer allows us to better understand the needs of our customers. They continually support our communities and the rising generation through community involvement, which includes scholarships, internships, FFA, 4-H, sporting events, and local community events.
Over the last 100+ years, we have grown into a leading farm equipment supplier in the region. We have helped to revolutionize farming with modern technology. For years, we’ve carried equipment from Case IH and New Holland. In early 2022, our product line expanded to include Case Construction equipment, rental equipment and Tigercat Forestry equipment. Communities
The Torgerson family has been part of the Montana community for over 100 years. As the Torgersons Equipment business has grown, so has their commitment to serving the communities and surrounding areas in which they have locations. They feel a responsibility to support and help develop the rising generation. From pumpkin deliveries to all first graders to supporting FFA, 4H, and community events, we seek to help families thrive. Torgersons partners with local colleges and high schools to teach, train, develop and prepare the rising generation to succeed in their personal life and business. They offer scholarships, internships along with personal development training to support this effort.
The folks at both of Torgersons are great folks. Bought a few implements at the one in town.
The Service shop folks are absolutely the best. My son-in-law (who is deployed) has a trac-Steer that needed work. They did a superb job diagnosing the problem. As soon as the parts arrived, they rushed it back into serviceable condition.
My own days are numbered, but as I walked out of the shop today, my honest thought was, ” If I needed a tractor or piece of equipment, I’d buy from these guys… they’d have a customer for life.”
